We're fast approaching our busiest time of the year - upgrade season. For us at MYOB Customer Care, our call volumes increase to ten times what we normally see during the course of the year.

The Timely Demise of Macworld Expo
At the risk of sounding glib, we welcomed yesterday's news with open arms. I legitimately feel for the folks at IDG, who work hard each year to put on the best show possible. But there comes a time for all great things to come to an end and, for the largest global Mac event on the planet, that time is now.

Full disclosure: I've never read another company's blog. That's not to say there aren't gems of wisdom routinely available through such mediums, it's just not something I seek out. So when our progressively forward-thinking Marketing Team would periodically bug Tom and I about launching a company blog, we always felt there were bigger tasks at-hand. Like figuring out what shirts to wear in the Macworld booth (more on that in a later post).
